Hi my name is Jennifer Grant and the doors of Grant Your Wish Cakes opened in 2016.   I am a Liverpool lass and travel all over the Northwest and further with my Wedding Cakes.  I love creating big, bold, unconventional colourful, textured, modern designs.

I learnt to bake with my Mum on Sundays making scones, cakes, jam roly poly.  This passion for baking continued into my own motherhood with my 4 children creating treats and birthday cakes.

So when I was unable to continue working as a Nurse my passion and creativity for baking turned into my cake business, using all my tried and tested recipes I baked with my Mum.

Investing into professional classes to up-level my skills I entered the wonderful world of Wedding cakes.

I love what I do, it truly is an absolute honour to be able to create such a special cake for your magical day.

I feel a Wedding cake is a huge part of your day. It is a statement about you as a couple , unique.

I always strive to provide this unique bespoke service to each couple, creating a Wedding Cake as unique and unforgettable as they are.

I only use fresh ingredients sourced locally. I use free range eggs and make my own curds, toffee, caramel, jams. This provides the yummy home baked taste that I learnt from my Mum.

I have regular release dates for tasting boxes to help you choose your flavours.  Consultations can be booked by e-mail or on my social media platforms. On my Website there is a initial inquiry form for brief details and to see if I have your date available to save with a deposit.  We can then get together on Zoom or in person to begin to design your cake and sketches can be provided.
