Hi, my name is Paula and I am an Independent Celebrant working in the South East of England, although I can travel to a venue outside of this area if you are absolutely sure that I am the celebrant that you want for your ceremony.

If you are looking for a wedding ceremony that truly reflects the couple you are, then you need a celebrant.
If you have the perfect spot in mind for that ceremony and it isn’t licensed, then you need a celebrant.
If you want a ceremony that mixes and shares your cultural heritage or allows you to combine your doctrines into the ceremony, then you need a celebrant.

We celebrate you as a couple, and we can do all of this because we are not providing a legally binding service (but we can also advise you on how to achieve that). We are able to bring fun, romance, originality and uniqueness to your wedding, because you deserve a day that celebrates you.

Dodmoor House is a romantic converted barn wedding venue in Northamptonshire. Our award winning venue is exclusively yours for your wedding day, creating a relaxed and intimate atmosphere for you and your guests. 

We pride ourselves on helping you create your perfect wedding by doing things your way, with the flexibility to book your choice of suppliers.

We are a family-run wedding venue in Northamptonshire and passionately believe in giving your wedding the personal touch it deserves. Exclusive use of the barns is always guaranteed, and we can provide you with an extensive list of local suppliers to contact if you choose. Alternatively, we offer the flexibility of sourcing all of your own suppliers if you wish (including caterers), and we would be happy to offer site visits to discuss their plans in more detail.

We offer as much help as you want throughout the planning of your day, and your personal wedding coordinator will hold an in-depth planning meeting with you two months before the wedding to go through everything in detail, so that nothing is left to chance on the big day. We also hold a number of Open Events throughout the year, giving you the chance to chat about ideas with us, meet potential suppliers and show your venue off to your family and friends!

The barns at Dodmoor House date back just over 400 years, are Grade II listed and were stylishly converted by Mark and Louise Bradley in a two year renovation project. The wedding venue opened to the public in 2006 and now hosts more than 100 weddings per year, but our team of wedding coordinators ensure that each wedding is given the personal touch it deserves!

Dodmoor House is licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships, enabling you to host your wedding at exactly the same venue as the reception and evening party, and is also the perfect place to host your celebrations after a church wedding.

​We can cater for up to 90-96 guests for a civil ceremony in the Courtyard arn and a seated wedding breakfast in the Catesby Barn, and have the capacity for 180 guests for the evening celebrations.

Rainbow Weddings

Rainbow Weddings provide an independent celebrant service for weddings, renewal of vows and commitment ceremonies. We will design and create your ceremony exclusively for you, and in discussion with you so that you get the beautiful ceremony you always wanted! Unlike legal civil ceremonies there are absolutely no limits, you can have your ceremony wherever you want, whenever you choose, and can say just what you want to say!

Our lead celebrant Paul has extensive experience in conducting wedding ceremonies, as he was previously a Registrar for twelve years so did literally hundreds of ceremonies in that time! He will be delighted to design your ceremony just for you. And as we are very aware of the financial pressures on couples, we are intentionally keeping our prices as low as possible – £450 Mon-Thurs, £550 Fri and Sat, and £600 Sunday. Those prices are all inclusive, and fixed once you secure your booking with a 30% non-refundable deposit.
